The small print
Please read these before your appointment.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final bill. The deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment up to 5 days before your treatment — any later and your deposit will be lost.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be lost, and you will need to rebook. Please plan your journey in advance.
Treatment may be refused if you are not a suitable candidate or have recently had treatment from another artist. Please get in touch if you are unsure, and read all relevant forms and prepare as advised.
All forms must be read and signed before your treatment. Consultation forms must be completed truthfully for your own safety and wellbeing. Pre-care and aftercare instructions must be followed closely.
It is your responsibility to book a patch test. Patch tests are free for all SPMU treatments and must be booked at least 24 hours before your treatment. Please be aware that a reaction can be delayed beyond 24 hours. The consultation for Liquid BBL is £30.
If you miss your patch test, a £30 re-booking fee will be charged (applies to eyebrows, lips, and faux freckles/beauty spots). You may reschedule up to 5 days before your appointment.
A complimentary top-up session is included after your SPMU treatment. Top-ups for lip blush and eyebrows should be booked 4–6 weeks after your first appointment (6–8 weeks for lip neutralisation). Booking outside this window may incur a charge. If you fail to attend your free top-up, a £50 re-booking fee will apply.
