Deposit
A deposit is needed to secure your booking and be deducted from your final bill. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You may reschedule your appointment 5 days before your treatment, any later we regret to say that your deposit will be lost.
Lateness
If you are later than 15 minutes I will have to cancel your appointment and you will have to rebook – your deposit will be lost. We advise that you plan your journey ahead of time
Refused treatment
You could be refused treatment if you are not a suitable candidate or have recently had treatment from another artist. Please get in contact if you are unsure. Please read all of the relevant forms and prepare for your treatment as advised.
Forms
All forms must be read and signed before your treatment. All consultation forms must be answered truthful for your own safety and wellbeing. Pre care and aftercare must be followed closely.
Patch test / consultation
It is your responsibility to book a patch test. The patch test is free of charge for all SPMU treatments. Your patch test should be booked at least 24 hours before your treatment, however it is important to understand that a reaction could be delayed and could take longer than 24 hours to show. The consultation for liquid BBL is £30.
If you miss you patch test then you will be charged a £30 re-booking fee (including patch tests for eyebrows, lips and faux freckles/beauty spots). You may reschedule 5 days prior to your appointment.
Free top up
You get a free top up session after your SPMU treatments. Your top up should be booked 4-6 weeks after lip blush and eyebrows treatments. (6-8 weeks for lip neutralisation). You need to book your top up in the correct time or you may be charged. if you fail to attend your free top up session, a £50 re-booking fee will be added.
